Taking the place of pose shows is battles but unlike normal petz pose shows you're not competing against one another. It's a pass or fail with a chance to gain 3 points per pass. Because poses don't always work out that well in some files.
Battles are held in gyms. Every member may open 1 gym.
Part one is optional and requires 2 pictures a "pose" and a standing picture. It would be best if you let the judge know whether the pet is dog or catz based.
Example of Dogz Based pokemon:
Catz based files
You will earn 1 point in this, however because it is a "yes they did it" or a "no the didn't" you do need a new pose picture each time you enter with one of these, again this part is completely optional. Feel free to reuse the standing picture every time. The pose doesn't have to look like a catz or dogz pose, some files look wonky in pose and that is okay.
Poodle and meezer poses are allowed unless the judge states otherwise.
Judge decides if direction matters
Next is the "attack"
You get 1 point for doing an attack and 1 point for it being an attack the petzmon could actually do. So for example a picture of Quillava doing water gun would get 1 point but the same petzmon doing tackle or flame thrower would get 2 points.
Toyz ARE allowed in these pictures
Some examples:
Scratch, tackle
Growl, Nasty Plot
Agility, Shadow Ball
Yawn, Mean Look
Roost, Tackle.
Take Down
The judge decides if your pet succeed in doing their attack or missed. No arguing with the judge.
Direction should not matter for part 2.
To check what moves your Pokemon is capable of learning you can go to Bulbapedia and use the top right search bar to find your pokemon, and then scroll down(or use ctrl + f) to Learnset where it will list moves that can be learned by leveling up as well as moves that can be taught with a TM or HM, as well as other moves and their leaning methods. If you prefer, Serebii can be used instead by using the top right search bar to find your pokemon, and then scrolling down to the list of moves.
